The Ballet School of Vermont, formerly The Ballet School and Dance Arts, is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for high-quality classical ballet instruction in Northern Vermont. BSVT is the only Vermont dance studio certified to offer American Ballet Theater National Training Curriculum®. Ballet builds a strong technical foundation which enhances all forms of dance. Classes in ballet include Pointe, Variations and Performance. Tap, Modern and Jazz are also offered to compliment ballet instruction.

Each June, all BSVT students present a dance theater production unlike any other performing arts event in Franklin County, VT. Our instructors and guest teachers have danced professionally with the Houston Ballet, Boston Ballet, Washington Ballet, Ballet Nouveau Colorado, Hartford Ballet, Fort Worth/Dallas Ballet and the Dallas Metropolitan Ballet. Dedication, artistry and love sets BSVT apart!
